Lone was short today I know this place is popular. My only problem and for me a big problem was my sandwich was ice cold. I... normally don't have a problem with that since they're normally busy and my food makes it out before I do. On more than one occasion I've had to go back through the drive through because they messed up. I ask for beef I got chicken,... the fries are never hot, sodas usually flat, and half the time they forget sauce, napkins , and condiments. This stores a messand in serious need of decent management. Between them trying to tell me I ordered Chicken the little girl argued with me at thewindow saying "your receipt says chicken" they entered it in the register wrong and now want to argue that I didn't ask for beefwhen I know damn well I didn't. Always check them if they give you the wrong drink size. I often order large combo meals and find myself almost receiving a... medium or small cup(I always correct if I catch them). They also just aren't generally the best about giving you the food youactually ordered. I know that I state my order clearly, but giving the benefit of a doubt maybe they just need a new soundsystem sense this is a consistent issue. 32 minutes in the drive thru? during lunch. Incompetent at best. I ordered on the app. $5 biggie bag. Jr double, add bacon and... extra pickles. The burger had the bacon but only one pickle. I also received spicy nuggets that tasted very old, and I orderedregular nuggets. The fries were not hot. The lemonade was good but I had to tap on the window to get a straw.
