My husband loves their gravy. They offer chicken, beef, plain white, sausage & chipped beef. They should offer a fleet of gravy... with applebutter & biscuits like they do in Kentucky. Great salads, offer French dressing. Great soups in generous bowls.Perfect grits everytime, hard to find a place that makes them right in Indiana. Military discount as well. I feel the restaurant is in need of updated booth and that several of the booth seats are worn out. Parking was good. Service... exceptional Food quality and quantity 5 stars! I just need a table as booth seats are in poor comfort. Read more
Had breakfast there twice. The 2nd time, the portion was large enough that I was able to eat it for 3 more meals. Service was... great and the price was just right. We were seated immediately both times. Highly recommend Flap Jack's! Read more
Had a great breakfast of 2 eggs, 1/2 order of biscuits and sausage gravy and 2 sausage links everything was good. But anyone... who has read my past evaluations knows I am picky about the temperature of my food which I was able to eat this food as soon asit hit the table and didn't burn my lips or tongue. Don't misunderstand the food was more than warm but less than blow itbefore it hits your mouth. But everything taste very well. Read more

The food is always good but the prices are a little high, particularly on drinks, and the service is very hit and miss. On my... most recent trip a drink was spilled at my table and the waitress stated multiple times someone would be over to mop it up butit stayed on the floor the duration of my meal. Read more
Decent breakfast spot in a pinch. Nice staff and they were accommodating of our large group. Service was great, fast with the... coffee which is always a plus. Food came out timely and as expected. I've eaten here a few times and I've never beendisappointed, but never astonished. Pretty dependable, but a little pricey. Read more
FRAUD!! This establishment is simply pandering to the community when they have ?God Bless our Troops? and ?Support our Troops?... painted all over every window but don?t offer a veterans discount ever and especially on Veterans Day!! Don?t need or want thediscount but don?t be a hypocrite! Talked to the Manager who could not have been less interested. The cashier?s husband was aVietnam veteran & she said the workers talked to the owner but he stood firm. Shame on this establishment for portraying such afalse narrative & making money off the backs of those who have served so he can enjoy his Freedoms. He clearly doesn?t respecthis employees, his community or the brave men & women who sacrificed & died fighting for our country. We will not support anyonewho disregards our Veterans so blatantly.
