$12 at their food truck got what you see in the photos.. Dry pulled pork with tender texture and decent smoky flavor, slightly... bland and flat. Mac and cheese had good flavor, but the pasta was overcooked and the serving size was 2oz. Not enough meat onthe sandwich to constitute two sides of the bun they gave, so we ate it open-faced. We used this business for a catered luncheon at our office. The food was exceptionally good everyone loved it. The only downside... was we had to pick up and bring our order to the facility ourselves because they were very busy the day that we needed the foodto be available. They have excellent corn casserole! And the meats were very tender. It is a go-to for catering in my opinion. Read more
just moved to indiana....my son wanted to treat me to some "wonderful, delicious ribs & i couldn't wait....well let me tell... you...they were black, crusty, hard & had the consistency and taste of burned cardboard. my son was so embarrassed... afterpaying over $ 80.00 and that's what we received. sides were average. shame on you for serving such terrible food. We have found our new rib joint, the smoke flavor is amazing and the meat was falling off the ribs. I could eat a gallon of the... baked beans. Can't wait to go back, it was absolutely amazing. Read more
Had the three meat sampler. Brisket was a little dry but still very tender. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were great. Mac and... cheese was good and the corn pudding was excellent. Ate way more than I should have, but I couldn't resist. Will be coming back. Read more

Johnson's BBQ Shack lived up to our expectations. It has been quite some time since we last visited the Bargersville location,... and I swear the food tastes even better now. My son loved his Pulled Chicken Sandwich with the sweet BBQ sauce so much so healmost forgot he had ordered Mac & Cheese as his side dish. He is picky eater and for him to say that he enjoyed the Mac &Cheese and it is now his go-to side dish days a lot. I ordered the Brisket Platter, and loved every bite. Smoky, juicy andtender and tasted delicious by itself or in any of the BBQ sauces. The Cole slaw was creamy and crunchy with the right amount ofseasoning. I enjoyed the Baked Beans which was sweet and smoky, but I found it to be a tad dry. The staff was friendly andhelpful. Read more
