This place was great. Home made food, very fresh, and great server's. Lots of menu choices and specials.
We came in around 3:30 and got our drinks decided what we wanted so I took my kids to the bathroom and while we were in there... another couple came in. They got their food and everything before us. We had to ask if we could order.... when the food came outthey forgot my daughters dinner completely and my omelet wasn't even fully cooked. We've heard about how amazing this place's chicken fried steak is, so today we decided to try it out. All three of us got the... chicken fried steak dinner, which comes with two sides and a fried pie. There is no way I would be able to eat all of this foodin one sitting! The steak took up the entire plate, and a separate plate was covered with my sides and roll. I only ate 1/4 ofthe steak and had to get a to go box for the rest and for my pie. The steak itself has a slightly spicy component and you dontneed a knife to cut it, your fork will take care of it just fine. The restaurant building was cozy, and despite being busy, wegot our food quickly and the waitress was attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back! Read more
