they didnt grill my grilled cheese burrito, they mess up custom orders when placed through the app, the young spanish looking... woman at the drive through window is always miserable and makes every order feel like a chore. sighing, blowing air when i takea second to look at the menu. i orderd a pepsi, she hands me diet, to which i ask for a replacement and she fills a cup frompepsi which i see is coming out clear with a very light brown tint and tries to hand it to me. youre really gonna tryto hand mesoda water? i asked for a mountain dew instead and she let out a huge sigh. i will not be returning any time soon Read more
The girl at the drive through was really nice (9:45 PM) but there was literally an insect leg on my taco shell, not to mention... they just sprinkled cheese on the grilled cheese burrito and didn't toast it and forgot half my order. The rest of the staffwas really rude and disrespectful. Read more
Our order was completely wrong and the parking lot was such a mad hiuse that we couldnt check our order at the drive thru. The... foid we git was thrown in the bag and all of the tacos were broken to pieces. Horrible service and will not be returning. Thereare other Taco Bells in this area with way better service. I?ve been putting off writing a review of this Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. You can get a ton of food and feed a lot of people... for less than most fast food places. However , this Taco Bell leaves much to be desired. On numerous occasions I?ve had missingfood items. Shame on me for not always checking but sometimes I?m in a rush and forget to check. It?s such a hassle to have togo back to get your missing food. The other issue I always have at this Taco Bell is that they are ALWAYS out of the special. Beit chalupas to nacho fries , they never have the promotional meal available. They?re always ?sold out?. Lastly, the frozen drinkmachine is always broken. This is a standard newer Taco Bell. It has a clean cafe with lots of seating and an outdoor patio. My order was fast and VERY... HOT! I had a complicated vegetarian order but they made my order accurately with all of my substitutions. Read more
Hopefully someone new made my order. Chalupa and tacos are not what they used to be. Where is the meat? Lucky if it was a... teaspoon of meat smeared along the bottom of both. I'm going to have to go back to making them myself. Not worth $23. No wonderthere was no line. No fault of Taco Bell but if you can't give back change when the computer tells you how much change to giveback. You dont belong on the register. Read more
We just moved to the area and decided to get Taco Bell since it was close and we didn't have anything planned for dinner. ... Ordered dorito and crunchy tacos, every single one of them was so soggy, they fell a part as soon as they were u wrapped. Alsoasked for EXTRA medium and hot sauces, it even read as "10x medium, 10x hot" on the order and the bag had a grand total of 3medium in the bad. On top of all that, they are ridiculously expensive. Terrible service? empty place and they still want you to order via computer. I followed the employee?s instructions and waited... 20 minutes for my order. When I approached another employee about its whereabouts, she asked if I paid for it? which I said ?No!I inquired if it was ready? she replied ?No!! I told her to forget about it! She made no attempt to reconcile the matter.. Iwill never go there again! I guess this employee didn?t care for keeping business.. no wonder this place is empty most of thetime compared to Jersey Mikes which serves you right away. Read more
