Currently spending the weekend in Barnesville so we decided to order domino's. We ordered online, it was very efficient and we... used an online only coupon which took off half the price of our order. Pizza arrived within then half an hour of placing theorder. I got the Honey BBQ pizza with premium chicken and extra cheese on a handmade pan pizza crust and it was delicious. I rushed to... get there on time. I ordered and paid for it through the app. It said it would be ready at 6:37pm. They must have had a reallybig order that put them behind. They had a couple pizzas on the warmer when I arrived, and added another 15 before my pizza wasready. It was only between 5-10 minutes late. I was wondering if they are able to adjust the timer on the online orders in suchsituations, I could have taken my time getting there then. Another person came in to place an order and the crew told them itwould be 40-45 minutes, so I count myself lucky. The pizza was great. Read more
I live in Iowa and my Mom lives in Barnesville Oh. I have called this dominoes a couple times to order food for her. This is the... only place that delivers food that I can order online and have it delivered. The food and the delivery people have both beenamazing. Very kind when they deliver and the food has always been hot and amazing. Just want to thank the staff for being kind.And thank you for being a place for me to order her food and have it sent to her. My grandma ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and they did not add cheese to the cheese only side. I called in to have... it fixed and got a crew member and a manager and both were extremely rude! Also complained about a mask situation but yet are inthe back making the food without a mask. Most definitely will not order from this store ever again! Worst experience ever. Verydisappointed with the staffs attitude. Read more
Just picked this up at 11am today, 9/8. It was obviously burnt, so I had to use scissors to cut the burnt bubbles off. I ordered... whole extra cheese and half pepperoni. It was so overdone that the cheese was baked on, like it wasn't normal looking cheese.For some odd reason, the sauce was extremely spicy, when it usually isn't. My son is highly sensitive to spices so he couldn'teven eat his half. So I paid $8 something for a medium pizza that was almost inedible. I don't understand this...if you take outthe pizza and it's burnt...remake it! Just tell me when I get there that you had to remake it, I won't be mad! What I will bemad about is getting home, looking at this hot mess of a burnt pizza that we couldn't even eat. I won't be orderingagain. Update - I emailed customer service about this the day it happened and I have NOT received a response yet and today is9/28! The store themselves didn't even attempt to contact me even after this review. I really wonder if they care if theircustomers are unhappy and received bad food.
