I?m pretty sure this store is under new ownership but the people who bought it clearly have no idea what they are doing. I did enjoy ordering from here for years but it has been so bad for months and now barely edible. It took over two hours for... delivery. I understand not enough help but when website states it's an hour please have courtesy to call after I order to giveme option if I want to wait two hours for my delivery. Then the pizza was over cooked and barely had any sauce or cheese. Itwas a waste of money and we could not eat it was so horrible. The French fries were to cold and the salad ordered was notdelivered. Increased prices but also decreased quality and portions. Read more
Original review from 2020: Good pizza, understand the order issue I've had some too but the staff always makes it right. Update... October 2022: Lately staff hasn't been good at all. Taking hours for food even to pick it up, delivery has taken almost 3 hoursonce. Really quick downhill plunge. Read more
Absolutely Disgusting. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was burnt to a crisp. I have never had a more unpleasant restaurant... experience than with Northeast. I remember 3 years ago the food was decent, but the food I received was just downrightdisgusting. Read more

Best pizza for miles? half chicken bacon ranch half Buffalo chicken? calzones are amazing and so are subs and apps! You can?t go... wrong! Fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!! The staff is super nice and very helpful also! Read more
NOTE: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Great service from co-owner's son, Jeff. They don't usually have table service, but offered when... they saw me come in with my walker. Split a delicious large pizza with my new friend, Al: *mine - half veggie (eggplant,mushrooms, onions green peppers, spinach, broccoli & black olives) was easily 1.5" thick! *his - half taco pizza (seasoned beef,tomato, onion, corn chips, lettuce, with salsa & sour cream on side). We then each took 3 HUGE pieces baklava home for later. Mine for mom, aunt & myself. So good! Read more
Never made the order. Manager ( who took the order) outside smoking with a coworker- could have cared less ! Poor kid inside... answering the phones and trying to cook was swamped.
