Fast, friendly service, and I?ve never gotten an order with a mistake. Very clean store too.
I asked for almond milk in my iced latte and it very clearly is milk or cream. I asked the worker if it was almond milk and she... told me it was. It doesn?t even have almond milk on the ticket. I am lactose intolerant and can?t have milk or cream. I took twosips of it and my stomach already hurts. The past 3 times that I?ve gone to this store they have put milk in my coffee and Ican?t drink it. It?s incredibly frustrating and I just wasted almost 5$ on something that I can?t drink and has made me sick. Iwould give 0 stars if it allowed me too. Read more
Had friend with me who had difficulty getting out of car and into store while using walker. Knew dining room would probably not... be open, but since you could go inside to order, very disappointed rest rooms closed. A big sign out at the street would have saved a lot of pain. And we went to McDonald's. Same setup, but potties open! Read more
The staff is very friendly. And the drive through is always quick. I come here frequently and the other day I stopped to use the... WiFi and they brought my food out to me. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes Dunkin. Read more
Been in there multiple times and order a large specialty coffee & it costs nearly $5 and the cup is half full (due to foam), ask... them to fix it, they say its suposed to be that way... they are either lazy or completely lacking knowledge in making thesetypes of drinks. Waste of money. Read more
Excellent, helpful staff at this location on 302 just outside Barre, Vermont. Update 11/2019: Now my favorite DD of all... time. Great manager, too. I totally messed up my mobile order (chose another store!) and they filled my order anyway - on thehouse. That's how business is done in 2019. You need a really together staff when one is too old for mobile apps, like me. Read more
I purchased two coffees from this DD on 26 July, one hot one iced. Additionally I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Upon... receiving my order, I was handed the iced coffee and told ?thank you?. I informed the gentleman than I still had more items.They seems overwhelmed with the amount of work. I waited for about two minutes and receive the hot coffee and a bag of food. Idropped off the ice coffee to my wife and soon realized there wasn?t a straw. Then, I opened the bag to realize it was a sausagepatty bagel. To close it out, the plain coffee had 3 sugars and 3 creams in it. I was amazed how the order could be that wrong.Did not drink the coffee because it tasted gross. Read more
The old lady at the window early mornings is rude. I go here at least 3 times a week and every time I feel that I am begging... instead of being a purchasing customer. Such shame! Going there again tomorrow and will post her NAME. She needs to stop. Read more
