I?ve shown up here multiple times at 9:40 hoping to get some chicken after I get out of work at 9:35, and every time without... fail there is no one there to serve me. I go and knock on the window to see if someone can take my order from there but again,no one answers. If you?re not going to serve people at 9:40, then change your business hours to close at 9:40. I always have totake my business to the McDonald?s further up the road because there?s no other options. Read more
the barre Montpelier store is one of the worst that i have ever bought food from.could not get extra crispy .got sides potatoes... and gravy forgot the gravy. no butter for rolls.some of the instant mashed potatoes were still in instant form. i think thequality control needs work. won,t go there again. Drive through only, the place closes at 10p.m. we arrived at 7p.m tried to order 12 piece meal. Wanting half original and the... other half crispy. They only could sell me a 8 piece stating they were out of chicken. Now being a KFC I had a hard timebelieving and understanding how that was possible.We said we would wait but the young girl working drive-thru said they didn'thave anymore chicken at all. Food itself was okay but they only have two people work at a time. Lobby is closed which is fine but the doors were unlocked so... customers have no clue. The drive thru PA system is terrible, you can barely hear anything. And honestly the workers were kindof snarky and gave us weird looks. Definitely not my favorite KFC but atleast we didn?t get food poisoning. Read more

We ordered a 13 piece meal. The biscuits were literal rocks that could be used as a door knocker. I am not exaggerating. Mashed... potatoes also tasted pre-packaged and watered down. I do not recommend eating at this KFC at all. Unless you want to buy hockeypucks for biscuits :) Read more
