The WORST McDonald's encounter that I've ever experienced. The lobby is closed. You can't walk in to order. If you want to... order, you MUST go through the world's SLOWEST drive-thru. When I got in line, there was 4 cars ahead of me before I could getto the speaker to order. From that point forward was another 5 cars. It took 23 minutes to get from the speaker to the pay/pickup window. (Only 1 window was being used.) Just the most ridiculously SLOW location I've ever visited. And why was the lobbyclosed??? waited over 30 mins for my food that never came. nobody came to tell me that they put my order in wrong. had to go inside to ask... where my food was and was told it was thrown out. had to reorder. didn?t get a refund. Read more
HORRIBLE. Very rude and greedy. Randomly the lobby is closed because they only want to rush people through the drive through... which has incredible lines like nobody has ever seen. Poor management. Also there are a lot of fake 5 star reviews here whichwould again be an unethical manager. Read more
Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!! After waiting in a long line, sitting at order window for 10min not knowing if they are there, Rude worker... says, give me a minute. Another 5min she tried taking order, over talking me getting order wrong, I then pull up to first windowwhere two very young staff members are fooling around, throwing fries, he is unsure which order is mine, I get to next windowwhere order is not ready. Then I wait almost 10min ppl behind me, to get order that is wrong , fries over cooked old greasygross. Pay extra for extra oreo in Mcflurry that has a lil oreo on top. Appalled at the service here. Placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes in the mobile pickup spot. Walked in to see what was... taking so long, assumed it was jaut short staff (no big deal). Nope waiting on tea? And they wouldn't give me an estimate of howlong it would be, or give me my food until I repeatedly asked. Fries were only half filled, and burger was a mess and notwrapped properly. As someone that used to work in fast food, this type of service is absolutely appalling. Read more
This is the best McDonald's in Vermont - The staff is always friendly and happy to help. I usually get my coffee there when I'm... out and about and it's always been good. The drive thru can be a little tight so keep that in mind but they recently made somechanges so it's a little bit better. Read more
Great play area..the staff is not very friendly here especially early in the morning. The iced coffee lacks ice. The time it... takes them to get your order out is ridiculous considering how small of an order it is. Have gone here early early in themorning and they have told me the computers were down but multiple workers hanging around talking. Not the best McDonald?s tovisit...but the only one located near me. Food is never right, and customer service is terrible. If there was another McDonald's closer I'd ditch this one for good
