I've never considered McDonald's a "good" option for a quick meal. That being said, if you're driving through Barre, VT and are... looking for a quick, fast-food style bite to eat...keep driving. This particular McD's swapped my burger for chicken, didn'tgive my son his fries with his kid's meal, didn't have water at the drink machine, didn't have functioning ketchup dispensersand, when trying to use a coupon from the app, didn't even know the address of the store when asked ???? . Usually I'm pleased with the service, but today I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and only got 9 1/2 nuggets!
I wish I could give zero stars, I stopped going to this McDonald?s because the staff is awful and rude! The bigger woman who... manages is awful, one time she got one of my burgers wrong and I came back and she told me I had to buy a new one and she woulddo nothing about it. I didn?t even eat the burger and she still told me she didn?t care. I?ve also gotten their cooking utensilsin my bag before? disgusting. The whole staff is extremely unprofessional, and they don?t seem to care about their jobs at all?travel a little further and go to the other McDonald?s where they won?t have there dirty tongs and bugs in your food. I also didcall management and they still did nothing about it just said they would call back and never did. I hope they shut down orbetter yet get a new clean staff. To the bigger brunettes lady, find a new job.. maybe not in customer service you?re extremelyunwelcoming and MULTIPLE people have had that experience with you. Read more
Dining room not open. Huge line at drive through, which is only accessible by driving through the chaotic Hannaford's parking... lot. I ordered a large fries and after I drove away I looked in the bag to find the fries only 1/3 full! Would not recommend. Read more
Since the remodel this McDonalds location is clean and has fast friendly service. They do have a play place inside the building... and there is also a fireplace and tv for entertainment. Read more
What a joke this place is! At least the gave me some humor with their horrendous service and frightening employees :)
