New melts are terrible. Garlic bread sucked. Nothing like it used to be. Dipping sauce cold. Service sucked.
Gets the notification that order is out for a delivery takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get here after that when I only live 7... minutes away I assume you guys must be taking bicycles or something for it to take that long. Definitely the reason I try not toorder from here nice thing with dominoes when they say it's out for delivery usually takes them a max of 8 minutes and areabout the same distance away plus gives me everything i order every time unlike pizza hut. You guys forgot my 2 liter bottle ofpepsi so thanks for stealing my money for that. which is annoying you would think waiting for so long they would have everythingyou order. No point in calling for them to bring me the soda because that will probably take an hour to receive the thing theyforgot. CAN WE JUST SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. This location has been going down hill for years this was definitely my last orderwith pizza hut food isn't good enough to deal with the horrible customer service. Read more
Great food. Love the wings Great service from the employees. Just marked off one star for the dirty atmosphere. The bathrooms... were disgusting and the tables and floors were gross I really hate that it's so dark if u dine it at night. But over all thefood and service was great Read more
This was the worst visit to any restaurant I've ever had. The wait staff was very unprofessional, including the manager that... was working. First off we walk in, 6 employees all standing around, no greeting, and we wait 2-3 minutes before being seated. There were only 2 other families there. I'm also going to mention that none of the employees were wearing face masks. Themanager was talking to one of the wait staff about another customers experience and how it was the worst service they ever had. That's fine, but it was when the manager asked if he was having a bad day, and he said no, then normally the manager would takethe person into the office to correct said attitude. That didn't happen. They just laughed it off. Then she had ordered a PanPizza. We didn't get that, and instead got thin crust and missing toppings. As well we didn't get any plates. I had to go towhere the salad bar used to be to grab plates. We took it back to get the right pizza and met with attitude, then theyproceeded to complain about us. I work in the service industry too, and a big faux pas, or no-no if you will, is complain aboutcustomers in front of customers. The floors were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 90s, so I canonly imagine how dirty everything else was. The entire staff at the Berlin, VT location needs to be fired and replaced. Thator this location should just be closed to save corporate some money. 10-2-19 update Though they have done better with the fries, tonight I have just been informed that the wings no longer come... with dip. If you want dip with your approx: $1/wing, you have to pay 0.69 for each dip!!! Needless to say I declined to orderwings!!!! Will definitely be contacting Corp. For this!!! Just ordered 2 orders of fries and she came out with this onebasket, and double ketchup!!! Told me this was both orders!!! Clearly not! Then after I questioned waitress and stewed over itI went to complain...then my other order came out!!! So what exactly os the Con here!? I dont get it! Read more
One of the down right worst places I have been in a very long time. My service was not so great, then I get home after a 45 mins... drive and my breadsticks were not done right (all 3 orders) and my pizza was wrong! So all in all a $50 order SUCKED... THANKSFOR THE WORST MEAL EVER! Read more
The ladies here are always friendly and the food is delicious. Loved the Cheesey Bite Pizza and the salad bar is a great option... for a starter. Loved it! Read more
