I returned a dish that I have ordered in the past as it tasted poorly. It definitely was not made to the same standards as my... previous experience. I wasn’t rude about it, I just didn’t want to consume it. Not only did I over hear the waitressberate/make fun of me to others, but she never returned to our table to check in with us. we had to ask someone else forservice so we could leave. I will never return to this location again. Absolutely not acceptable customer treatment and itreflects poorly on the business. Shameful. Read more
First visit and last visit unfortunately. Only got my single appetizer after all my friends were done eating. The only... corrective action was a 25% off and $10 off ($50 min purchase) coupon. Almost a full hour of waiting for my food is ridiculous.Not coming back for another disappointing experience. Read more
Hats off to the customer service at this location. I ordered kids meal for pick up but the pizza type was incorrect. I called... the restaurant to let them know and they delivered the correct pizza right away directly to my house. Very impressed with thelevel of service and professional approach. This place has good food and they care about their customers. A win win. Read more
I so much love the variety of food offered with not really any bad choice. Pizza are a must but pasta are under estimated.... Service is good and atmosphere is good. Sadly, the outside patio gives on a busy street which makes is noisy and not verypleasant, but there is not much they can do about that. Read more

We ordered a perogy pizza without bacon as my daughter is a vegetarian and not only did it have bacon on it, but the store... informed us that we were in the wrong - they had the kitchen staff and the manager check it before it was sent out and theyassure us, there was no bacon. WTH, I am holding a pizza covered in bacon and being called a liar! DO NOT ORDER FROMHERE! Subsequently, when we tried to escalate to the manager, he/she was 'in a meeting' at 8:30pm - really??? Normally service in Boston pizza is nice and friendly! Went today with my wife for dinner and a drink, we kept waiting for more... than half an hour for anybody from the staff to take our order , but no luck! The gentleman who was serving the patio, took careof everybody even those whom arrived after us, but kept coming and going steering at us , without even asking what to drink! Went to Boston pizza with a friend and unfortunately had such an irritating experience because the girl that was serving us kept... asking if everything was okay literally 5 times every 15 minutes. I know she’s just checking in but it was distracting,annoying and unnecessary to pause conversation and answer to her every 5 minutes. I would be in the middle of a bite orconversing about something important and she would pop by way too many times to ask the same question. It was aggravating for myfriend and I who felt the same as I did about her coming way too often. It’s not like she was polite or was providingoutstanding service, she was just being a nuisance with the most unfriendly tone. Everyone else at Boston pizza was great and Ilove coming here, but it sucks we had a server who couldn’t pick up on the fact that we didn’t need her to come speak to usto ask the same question every 5 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating. That’s all I remember from my time here now. Not thefood. Not the conversation. All I remember is the annoying server.
