Unlike some of the other A&W locations like in Whitecourt or Drayton Valley, this one has soda taps so you can get refills. They... also brought the food out to our table instead of just calling us up to pick it up. So they give excellent service. Better thanany other A&W I have been to. Read more

I ordered an icream. It had to be the worst one I can remember having, so I returned it. They then said I would have to go into... the resturant. I had ordered rootbeer and they forgot to put it in the bag, so I had to go back for it. The staff were friendly.Poor rating was because ice cream and poor training of staff. Read more
Icecream was the pits and I took it back. (That's why they get a 2 star). I was told I had to go into the restaurant to get a... refund. I wouldn't do it so they finally gave our money back. Then we had to go back and get the drink we had ordered. The restof the issues is probably staff training. Read more
