Untrained, ordered from The cook, who isn't trained at the Till, than needed help from the lady whom was in the back, Than... someone else makes an order who priotizes their order, messing up my order. Restaurant used to be good a few years ago. Once the old owner sold the business around the year 2018 the store went down hill... so fast. All the old staff that was amazing left because they were given more responsibility with no pay raise. As well as thenew owner was intimidating and not friendly and team oriented like the old owner was. The food takes forever and tbh it alwayshas, but when you have rude cashiers with no personality it makes the wait feel even longer. I used to be an employee here forseveral years and can tell you first hand that the new owner seems to only care about money and doesn?t care about his employeesor customers. Read more
Extremely pathetic service. I would not even rate this place a one star. The manager needs to train her employees better. This... brown guy with a silver bangle in his right wrist thinks he owns the place and threatened to call the security on me. Veryintimidating and uncouth disrespectful. My order couldn't get any more simpler for them. Even the front cashier girl was rude ashell. Both the packer and the front cashier need to be fired immediately. Come on guys. I went to get a Teenburger On Sale last night and ordered Onion Rings to my order. This used to be my absolute favorites. Last... night the Onion Rings were terrible. They tasted like they had been cooked in old, bad oil. What a way to ruin my dinnerexperience. Read more
Terrible experience here and not the first time, I won?t be coming back. Fries were cold and stale, it tasted like they?ve been... sitting for over an hour. There was no effort into putting my burger together, it was a complete mess, a 4 year old could do abetter job. Staff also gave us a hard time about a coupon that specifically said was valid for our order, it?s like they can?tread either? My root beer was alright though. Read more
This place used to actually be worth going to but now every time I come here fries are cold burgers have thick build up of char... on them absolutely disgusting not sure if there is new owners or new management but the last couple years quality has gone downat least make sure stuff is fresh if your gonna charge so much.
