Ice kareem is wonderful but water was flowing on floor which wasn't safe for customers.

One of the worst baskin and Robbins location. Not only they are always out of so many flavours but they try to sell kid scoop as... a regular scoop. Cheap and disgusting. Read more
Three times in a row the staff were unfriendly, made us feel rushed and just overall acted like they didn't want to be there.... The store is small and gets crowded really quickly, customers are served out of order. The ice cream itself is amazing but thecustomer service lacking and the biggest complaint we have is three times in a row the cones were stale. I thought this location was lovely! The staff were particularly friendly & let my friend & I have a few testers before... committing to a flavour. They don?t have much more seating but it?s in a high traffic location & not much they can do aboutthat. The cookie dough was amazing & I would highly suggest the chocolate mousse! ???? This particular location isn't that great, in my opinion. It's small and can get crowded quickly, there's no clear concept of a... line, and the staff make the experience tolerable at best and insufferable at worst. Every time I've gone to this location, withmaybe one exception, the staff either didn't know what they were doing, made me feel rushed, or were short and curt in theirinteraction with me. Unfortunately, this is the only BR in south Barrie, so if you like their ice cream, you have no choice.However, personally, as good as their ice cream is, I prefer any of their competitors (ex., DQ) for they have much bettercustomer service and make me feel welcome! This place has gone from bad to worse. I will not return. Ladies that work there are not friendly,seems like they are doing a... favour being there.Skimpy scoops,like really skimpy. Today, during my order,I mentioned that the scoop was hollow inside and itdid not look very appealing. I was ordering 4 single scoops to go and they all looked bad. So,no BR for me at this location.
