My only complaint is about the one staff member named Emma. She is so incredibly ignorant. She made ordering uncomfortable. She... never made eye contact once and looked away from me towards the mall area while asking me the bare minimum questions. It was sorude. She needs some customer service skills. Read more
Very polite staff, and as a generally younger staffing environment, found their service very impressive. One thing I did find... very offputting however, was the managers attitude towards their staff. The ways in which things were approached front hand isnot how you treat the people you manage, let alone staff who is visibly younger than you. I understand the frustration in a highstress and quick environment, however if you can not maintain professionalism in this environment, perhaps they should look intosomething different. Kind courteous staff. Prompt service! Delish smoothie !! Had the very berry with chia seeds . Highly recommend
The menu is too small for me to read so I asked her what flavors they have for juice, and she said she wants to help the next... customer instead of me. I'm never giving them my business again. Read more
I made a purchase that was $5.20 and I accidentally gave the girl at the cash an extra $7.25. I assumed I was going to get the... correct change back but I only got a nickel. I calmly explained what happened and in a very rude and condescending tone sheimmediately denied that I gave her a toonie and claimed that she would know because she?s very good with her money. I?m not surewhy she would think I was trying to steal $2 but rather than argue over such a small amount of money I decided to let it go. Mymain concern is why Booster Juice would hire someone who is so rude to customers. Hopefully this was just one person. Read more

Reason being is I had my smoothie remade twice and they still managed to get it wrong. Instead I ended up throwing out a full... smoothing that i paid for because I didn't want to be that person to complain a third time. Will no longer be bringing mybusiness here. Instructions are provided on a slip for quality assurance and I didn't not recieve the quality. What if I had asevere allergy. This is not acceptable. Read more
