It's the old saying if you don't like your job, do yourself favor find another job. - purchase a product paid extra for 1 item... which was forgotten, I had to ask for an item that I paid for as an extra item. Then the bowl came ...found at least 10partially broken ice cubes... She looked miserable, not attentive , get me out of here type a thing,......it's just bad, andsad the service was not impressive. Need more attentive staff. Red headed female cashier staff made a point not to look up from the screen while she did something... with receipts for 6 minutes after serving a customer with 3 people in line behind me. Was she managing mobile pickup? Whoknows, no customer service manners to inform those waiting "sorry it will be a couple minutes" when asked how long it was goingto take she was extremely rude and proceeded to speak to me short and quiet and huffed said she was done anyway and then askedaggressively "what do you want?". 5 staff, not one of them said greeted me or the lady that was there before me and I was in there for 5 minutes. I got my order,... them they went to the back and left the woman sitting there. She had knew braces on too. I had to call them from the back to notonly call them out on their lack of customer service, but to tell them to provide the lady waiting with service. Called an order in for pick up. Arrived at the store and there was a long line of people waiting to order. I went to the front... and told the girl I was here to pick up an order. The girl grabbed my order and was about to give it to me until another girlsaid rudely you have to go to the back of the line and wait to pay? I wasn?t about to wait in a 30 minute line up just to tapmy card. The whole point of calling an order in is so you don?t have to wait it a line up. Meanwhile when Uber eats or skipthe dishes drivers walk in they don?t wait in line, they are handed their order when its ready. Very disappointed with theservice.
