Great food. Not worth the wait though. Never told my total before headed to pick up window. Can?t add anything at window because... it takes another 10 minutes to even get it to you. Very very very slow and not considerate of paying customers. Today I leftbecause I simply wasent going to sit at a window without a total for over 15 minutes. My experience is everytime I go there the prices are different and the wait is long to receive what you have ordered which ... make no sense when there is no one inside and i am the the only 1 in the drive thru no way of speaking with owner also whichis very frustrating Read more
I got the breakfast club on a bagel. I asked for no tomatoes, and the lady behind the cash said it three times to the person... making the food. Upon receiving my sandwich, I looked, and there were tomatoes on it. I kindly asked to have it re made as Iwill not eat tomatoes and the lady had attitude. I received my second sandwich and there was a half slice of turkey. I wentback in to let her know and with attitude again, she said ?THATS ALL YOU GET ON THE SANDWICH?. Paying $6 for a sandwich isabsolutely ridiculous when you get nothing on it. Absolutely disgusting the way the employee spoke to myself and others. WillNOT return. We have spent a ton of money as we were working right in front of the store. Read more
The lady working there kept pretending she couldn?t hear me and was intentionally trying to cause me to have a poor experience.... She rolled her eyes when I asked to make it a combo. She didn?t heat the pizza sub or put the toppings on That I asked and keptasking me to wait in line while she was making my sub to try and intentionally do a poor job. I won?t go back to this locationas there is a better sub less than 2 mins away that has longer hours. Read more
Order was wrong yesterday. Told them today. Mgr basically said he believed girl who said it was right. So he has a less than... truthful employee and not taking customer word. I used to spend about $200 a month there. Will they miss that??? Cause I'm notgoing there anymore. Read more
The lovely lady at the drive thru window this morning gave great service! She also noticed that we had a dog in the car with us... and gave us a couple puppy treats. I was very pleasantly surprised, it made my morning. Read more
If you get them fresh, the donuts are awesome (way better than Tim Hortons). The staff aren't very friendly and the atmosphere... is drab. Read more
