These people were my go to Biryani place whenever I didn?t bring lunch. The food used to be awesome and consistent. So was the... customer service. But don?t know what happened it?s not the same anymore. Had this incident a while back in July. I ordered aBiryani and waited for more than 1:15 hr and still didn?t get the food so i had to cancel the order and get refund. Also thecashier was so rude, that he didn?t even care about whatsoever happening at the store. That was very bad experience so that Inever went back. Read more
Something has happened to Desi-lisous, once was great tonight was bad! Our butter chicken was without butter or cream and extra... spicy. Called to complain and was told it is a new chef and this is the way it will be from now on. Was so uneadible that we hadto order a different meal elsewhere. Read more
Kind if ridiculously bad in term of portion size. The naan is 10 bucks each. I thought it meant serving, but it?s literally one... piece. Same with the tandoori. Imagine paying 20 bucks for that portion size. Smh. Taste is mediocre. Read more
Very poor service, don?t try there food guys. Food is always smelly and they don?t cook properly, just there to get our money.... Waiting time takes forever. Always get the stale food. Its not always about money its about health. Eating stale food is gonnamake you sick. Read more
We ordered chicken tikka masala which was of good taste and spices. Chicken biryani was an average. I liked tawa Roti with ghee,... felt like proper Indian roti... The masala chai was good choice for drink. However the strawberry shake was disappointment.Overall we had fine lunch out. Roti and chicken curry made the day. Read more
After so long i came to know they have this item i was craving from years finally ordered they give with offer buy 1 get one... free but to be honest who ever made this i think they never seen how it looks in real! Then kulchas were frozen moreover theyhad something on kulcha which made it more ???? then nutri had different taste even any new person can make regular nutribetter than this. Order: nutri kulcha special uber eats ( buy 1 get 1 free) This hurts to find that once a good quality and delicious restaurant... is really serving reheated packed naan. Received 4 naans instead of kulcha= 2 had garlic/coriander bits in it (nanak garlicnaan) and 2 were plain. When ordering from a restaurant one hopes to get their food made/cooked in house, not reheated naansthat can be done at home. This restaurant WAS good , just disappointing to find an indian restaurant faking the food. The currywasn't much in taste either.(tasted more like salsa with nutri in it ) 1 star for heating the food and packing. ** we calledto ask why they would even serve and the one answering phone kept insisting they make kulcha fresh in restaurant and whenmentioned the 2 different types of naans packed said perhaps we got wrong order - please keep intregety of the food if not thetaste or price. ** Read more
Ridiculous service, no professional at all. How is someone supposed to have 9 samosas with this amount of chutney, cost cutting... is an option but this is looting the customers. Not providing right amount of food in any order. I have order couple of timesand this is an end. Never gonna come back here and will not recommend to anyone. Read more
