We ordered a medium pizza with cheesy sticks but were sent a medium pizza with plain breadsticks. We called dominoes to explain... what happened, not really expecting much. The manager answered and offered to make and send us another one! We were very happywith this response and recommend this dominoes!!! Read more

Bought 4 pizzas for my family 1 didn?t show up with cheese on it. Just bread and sauce. Called to get a new pizza and manager... said he was sending it out with a $10 credit. Great place to get your pizza! One time I accidentally ordered 2 pizzas and they gave me the other for free! They have a lot... of deals on their app, so I suggest ordering from their to maximize your time and money when ordering from Dominoes. Thisparticular location also has a Shoppers Drug Mart near it, if you want extra snacks/drinks to go along with your meal. Thereare 2 entrances to the plaza it's located in, coming in from Prince William Way is usually easier to get in because Big BayPoint road can be congested during certain times of the day. Read more

Domino's classical has always made great pizza. I've not had a good one from this location. Ordered 3 pizza's on New Years... Eve. Pizza arrived very quickly (too quickly). 3 of us at slices and all agreed the pizza was very doughy, undercooked, andunpleasant to eat. I called the location complain. The manager told me "this is how they come off the roller.". I had hardtime understanding him . They were kind enough to see out our order again (which is why I gave them a 2 star rating). The 3new pizza's were just as undercooked, doughy, and awful as the first three. We put the pizza's in our own oven and cookedthem...store bought would have been better. Don't buy pizza from this location. They don't know how to make pizza. Thislocation should be shut down for ruining Domino's brand name. Read more
