We have been good customers of Dragon Wok for some years now. The food is excellent and in some cases it is BETTER than... Mandarin. And until yesterday service was pretty good. It must have been a really bad day. First of all we couldn't getthrough on the phone to place an order. So I had to go in person. The last item on my list was the egg foo young but when Itried to order it, I was subjected to a loud tirade from the back kitchen complete with arm waving and shouting. I was made tofeel that I had asked for something totally unreasonable!!! The item is on the menu! If it was not available, then thecourteous thing would have been for the person on the front counter to explain that to me. To add insult to injury, I had towait more than an hour for my food. Food is good. Prices are decent. Best Chinese we've found in Barrie since we moved here last year. The general Tao chicken... could be a little spicier, but it's not a deal breaker. Food has always been hot and fresh. It's our go to Chinese takeout inBarrie. Read more
