Saw three people come back with incorrect orders. Ordering in the restaurant went to using some video call with someone not even... present. Got my order wrong. Was an avid freshii goer but now will likely discontinue except the odd time. Removing the humanaspect for someone who came in to order is completely out in left field. Freshii management needs to reconsider the use of thistech. I ordered a kid?s bowl online and requested no olive oil on the bottom as sometimes it gets put in so that the noodles don?t... stick. I picked it up and realized that there was olive oil, so I went back in and asked nicely for it to be remade. The managerrefused to remake it and claimed that there was no olive oil when it was saturated with it. My mom went in and tried to reasonwith the woman, but the worker began yelling at her and acting very unprofessional. The bowl ended up remade but very small andmissing an ingredient. Today we ordered from this location for our first time. The orders were made completely incorrectly. I asked for 2 eggs, even... paid more to get them and didn?t receive them in my dish. After a bad experience with SkipTheDishes I was blown away by the kindness and generosity of the owner, Salim. He offered me a... free meal and dessert for the inconvenience even though it wasn?t his fault. Upon coming in for my free meal I was greetedwarmly by the owner and my experience couldn?t have been better. I?ve always loved freshii since first experiencing it out westback in 2013. It will always be my first choice for go to healthy quick eating. I?m so happy there is a freshii on the northend. Thanks you so much again! The owner is great the staff are great. Great location. Why doyou guys still cut your rice noodles. They are not supposed to be cut into small little pieces. They are NOODLES. Now that I?m thinking about it and looking at myfood I would assume the reason you guys do this to the noodles is to try and save money. I?m glad we have a new location in barrie always fresh always healthy polite and friendly service. Washrooms always clean I went... today at almost 3:00 pm 24-04-2019 and the burrito is smaller than the one at park place and not enough toppings so sadhopefully they don?t Lower the quality however still the customer service was good but the size was smaller and not enoughtoppings Went back again and quality has being improve my daughter also visit this place often and service and quality has beingimprove Thank you for Caring Read more
