I paid for a large , I did not pay for 1/2 of a large ? Next time I visit your location I will be asking for half my money back... on this purchase made on Nov/18/2022. why is your restaurant so cheap ? your employees behave like each fenchfry is coming outof their own pocket. Place is crooked!! Beware I had came to this location to pick up an order after waiting in line for a few moments. I had noticed... my order ready and sitting there? a very rude employee did everything in his will to taunt me into not being able to grab mycustomers food. After repeatedly giving customers info. Employee makes a remark stating he has no idea what a door dash orderis? As joking around nothing is getting done in a timely and or professional manner. I than had raised my voice stating I?m herefor so and so?.. He then told me to go F MYSELF. And said I would not be getting my customers order. Omg! We happened to be in Barrie for a drive last Saturday and noticed that Harvey's offered breakfast (which I so miss when... they used to have BF in the GTA), and we actually came back Sunday morning just for breakfast! Homestyle with eggs how you want,potatoes, your choice of sausage, bacon or peameal bacon, white or whole wheat toast and coffee! I ordered a large buffalo chicken poutine. But there was not a single piece of chicken, I ordered it through drive thru. The... potato in the poutine was also not fresh. I came to know when I reached home. I called them over 20 times they didn?t picked mycall and there was no response at all. The customer service is very bad and they are irresponsible. Went through the drive through the other day and ordered for 5 people. By the time I pulled up to the window it was READY!!!!.... What! I literally couldn't believe how fast it was and nothing was missed, we were truly surprised at how fast the staff therewas. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and like I said the speed of the service, best I have ever had at any fast foodburger joint. I hope management sees this and shares this with their staff, as they deserve some recognition for their hardwork. And other establishments should take notes!! Well done.
