Overall very disappointed with the experience! Given it was a busy night the service was great for the most part! Was... recommended the chicken tenders. None of us decided to order them but was still asked why not and we had to try them it was soworth it, so we caved and got it as an appetizer which we weren't getting either. To say the least dairy queen has betterchicken fingers and we now had to pay for something we didn't want anyways. Likely wouldn't bother going back when your payingfor something that is extremely underwhelming all across the board. When we expressed we didn't like the tenders which non of uswanted she told us not to bother coming back. So I cancelled my 30 % tip and she began to say I was being sarcastic with her sothat's why she told me that. No big deal still gave her the 30% tip just will most definitely not be coming back! We took our grandson out for lunch at Jack Astor's last week. The young lady that served us was great. Sorry, I forgot her name.... Food portions were good, even for our grandson's kids meal. The restaurant was clean and we saw tables being cleaned (sanitized)as people left. We will return. Read more
was here past Saturday (July 2) surprised how quiet it was, maybe long weekend and it was nice not having to wait for seating. ... This place is always great when you need a place to hang out with friends for dinner, dinks, dessert or all of it. Nacho averagenight but order was still quick, fun atmosphere, friendly waiter-bartender (one dude that ran the show). Nice ambience inside & out but can get a bit noisy when full. Staff were pleasant and very attentive. It is really just fast... food at double the price. Pub style. Not terrible but for the prices, I prefer take out or home dining. Read more
