We were seated in a booth near the bar, so was served by the staff from the bar area. Nonetheless they were fantastic, we both... loved the wings that we ordered. The sauce was tangy and savory. Food was great, our server was very nice and the gentleman who brought the food out to us had a great personality. But the... manager present could use some customer service training. I mentioned upon arrival I had a coupon for a free spinach dip (thereason we chose that restaurant). When it was time for the bill the server forgot, and I forgot to mention it again. My husbandpaid, and it wasn’t until right after that I thought to check the bill. Originally the server went to fix it, and came backtelling us that there was actually nothing they could do but offer us another free spinach dip valid until December 2022. I am 9months pregnant and doubt I’ll be eating out much the rest of this year, so that wasn’t ideal but not a big deal.. It justseemed weird we couldn’t just get a refund so we asked to speak to the manager who was dismissive, blaming us and quiterude. Finally we get the reason she couldn’t do it is because she didn’t know how. If she would’ve come over and saidpolitely “I’m actually not sure how to do the refund, I haven’t been in this situation before. I’d like to offer youthis coupon or I can call my dm for you” I would’ve just taken it and left happily. Instead she was condescending in hertone and told us “well you can wait 20 Minutes for me to call my manager on their day off”. Ended up being the fastest 20minutes of my life. Review is for this visit. It's been pre covid since last we've been. Here with a group of teammates, although server was nice... service sucked a little. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things ( napkins, plates, cutlery ) finally we just waved some otherservers but still only got napkins.. practice patience and it shall come.. ate from our napkins and finally plates came but wewere basically done ???? All good, she may be new, we've all been there. Food was good if you don't mind eating fromnapkins Nacho average visit =) Hope she gains more experience as time passes and gets busier We'll be back. The service is absolutely wonderful, even when it’s busy. They have a great kids menu! We love the nachos as an appetizer for... all. The food was delicious, and plated nicely. The cocktails are really good! The place is clean and decorated. I’ve dined ina couple of times in the booths, it’s great for a casual date, and even more amazing for a family outing as well. The dessertwas wonderful. I’ve recommended Kelsey’s before and will continue to come here, feels like a comfort place! The photos weretaken after a few bites, just smelled too good!! Read more

Excellent service! Very welcoming staff! Came for lunch - my friend had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and it was awesome! I had... the Chicken Caesar Salad and it could of been better. Caesars were very good. Overall - recommend eating here. Read more

Ordered the breaded chicken thighs. They had a burnt taste to them, were obviously left in the fryer too long. Had fries and... gravy, the gravy was inedible, a horrible taste to it. Should have known what we were in for, the menus were all sticky uponbeing seated. Read more
