It was a beautiful Tuesday afternoon, and my stomach started making rumbles to the beat of sumo wrestlers sparring. I went to... this clean KFC where my 210 month old infant and I would eat. Krupa was taking our order and gave me great suggestions on whatto eat, up selling like I owned a yacht or something but she had me convinced I was that hungry. Which thanks to her, I was!Food was received promptly, and boy was it so good! Thank you KFC, and most importantly thank you Krupa for making my bellyhappy. I wish I could give them Zero. I waited for one hour to be served! There was an accident when I ordered online and immediately... went to the counter to tell them! One staff member said that it will take ten minutes. I?m waiting for one hour .. still noorder. My kid was so hungry and still have not been served. I had to go and asked about my order. I don't remember the last time I ordered KFC and wasn't disappointed.... soggy tiny pieces of chicken that was probably cooked... an hour before it was served to me..... I feel stupid for paying for garbage. Popeyes chicken strips are huge, crunchy andtastes like real chicken, KFC Chicken strips, not even crispy, and they were mushy when chewing..... also way over priced forwhat I got. Read more
I've went to this location a few times and all bad experiences. Food always greasy, i wait no less than 30 minutes in drive... thru. Figured I'd give them one last chance. This particular time they got my order wrong and i didn't check before leaving,silly me. I get all the way to my destination, whole order wrong so i call the store. Noone answers. Drive back. Manageractually trying to convince me that was what I ordered. And when did they reduce the size of the chicken? Felt like I waseating chicken wings, it was pathetic ???? I definitely won't ever go to this location again. I'll try another location in afew months and if it is like this again, I'll know it's a chain issue and not a store issue. Read more
I am saying goodbye to KFC. Just overpriced and really NOT worth it. This tiny sandwich is called a "Big Crunch". It is NOT... big, and it's NOT crunchy. It costs almost 8 dollars. It's a flimsy little thing that should be 2 for 8$ maybe. Texas Church'sis THE best! Their chicken burgers are magnificent. Bye Bye KFC forever. Read more
This location is absolutely nasty! We are literally sliding on the floors throughout the restaurant because it?s so greasy! ... It?s truly disgusting! The bathrooms are horrible as well! Will never eat here again! And to top it off they don?t give twocraps when I told them my 5 yo grandson was falling, she spoke insane broken English and didn?t care and shrugged her shoulders!Another man complained about it as well and an employee went in the bathroom for 10 seconds and came back out and startedhandling the food! ???? ???? Went on a friday night around 9pm, and it was fairly steady turnaround with several cars in the drivethru. Took upwards of 15... minutes from time of order to receiving the food. There was an obvious lack in quality control, where one piece of chicken washalf the size of another, and the drumstick was missing half the meat. Only reason we came here was because KFC also has theplant-based burger, which was okay. If you're looking for decent fried chicken from a 'fast food' joint, go to Mary Brown'sinstead. Read more
