Smallest muffin I have ever seen. Coffee was marginal but only have medium roast - in a cafe. Not worth the $8. Make bigger... muffins - flour isn’t that expensive. Service could have been better. We all have bad days. Being short w customers isn’t agood idea. If you aren’t in the mood - tap out. The Gallery Shop is lovely as are the staff. Go there and visit the gallery.Bring your own coffee and home baked muffin. Read more

A restaurant inside an art gallery is always bound to be off beat. And so was Lazy Tulip. There was limited seating including... couches near a fire place. The menu was limited but good, with options foe both, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Staffing wasshort so wait time a bit high. Prices were reasonable. The only reason this gets a 4 star is bcos I saw dishes being cleaned ina tub of water, instead of under the faucet with flowing water. I wondered how clean the dishes would have been in such acase. I am sure there must have been a reason this was done and hope it was not the normal practice. If you want a quiet placeto eat at, this is a good place. Read more

The food was great and the staff was wonderful. Its a cozy Cafe with a very pretty courtyard. I had the Golden Milk, London Fog... and Chickpea Salad Sammy. There wasn't a long wait for the food even when more customers started coming in and both the serverswere very friendly. I will definitely visit again! Read more

Lovely staff but was not impressed with the food. Had the buddha bowl and found the dressing to be very bitter.. best... part/flavour was the chickpeas and I think there were only 10 or so in the entire bowl. Tried the chicken club sandwich that mymom ordered which was fine but portion size was way too small for the price. The dressing for the salad that came with thesandwich was very olive oil forward and not particularly tasty in my opinion. Overall disappointed and would not go back. Read more

When I am in Barrie, I go to the Lazy Tulip Cafe. Their food is incredibly fresh and delicious. It is obvious that thought and... care goes into the creation of each meal. They have fantastic vegan options, and bake their own bread (the highlight of everyvisit). The staff are friendly, and the take out counter is convenient. I hope to continue eating here for a long time. Read more

The lazy tulip is a great place to go eat. All the food was delicious and at a pretty good price. We got the Buddha bowls,... Mediterranean sandwich, scrambled tofu, some tulip hash, and golden milk latte. The lattes were so tasty too, we decided laterto get them and glad we did. Portions were good, as most things came with a side of salad or some focaccia. I'd recommend thisto anyone in the area! Read more
