Overall the service was good and food good as well. Would of like some more sauce/gravey smothering my burrito but flavor was OK... and chicken was moist. It was at lunch during the week so wasn't busy. Love the complimentary chips and dip forgot how they evendid this it's been so long since my last visit. Overdone steak when we requested medium. The best thing about this place is the fact that the salsa and chips are free and... refillable. Not a place I could come back to. The fajitas for 2 was not a good choice. A shining example of a failed Canadianversion of a US restaurant. Read more
Made reservations for a party of 8. Unfortunately did NOT turn out as planned. Seems our waitress was entitled to her break in... the middle of our dinner! She also seemed to think is was the customers job to distribute all the drinks to correctlocations. Fajitas came with zero sizzle, and lots of onion skin! (no kidding) My Dad sent back his cold Enchiladas! They werereturned to him still cold in the middle! The Manager came to ask how our dinner was? She was then informed of my Dads foodstill cold and she chose to do nothing about it! (She seriously needs course in Customer Service!) It even gets better fromhere, When our backup waitress brought our 2 orders of dessert there was no room on table for a plate as they hadn’t evencleared off the table yet! Last but not least! Our server was Tequila and she was awesome with both kids and adults alike. The food was good and consistent with other Lonestar... restaurants. The white peach Sangria was really good and definitely my favourite part of the meal. Service was quick and thefood came out in a decent time. Read more
Had a late lunch and it was a good experience. Not to busy, food served quickly and hot. Good portion, Nice environment.
$60 for 2 trays of foods plus drinks.. better off spending this somewhere else. Taste was nothing special. Customer service was... not great at all. This would be our first and last visit. Read more
I'm not one to leave a bad review but this is pathetic. We came for patio and it started raining. I understand the weather is... out of control, but we were told under the gazebo was reserved for someone who was still coming. We loved our server and gaveher a huge tip (25%) because she seemed to be helpful. But then we took our order to go as our cups were being given a freerefill of rain water. When we finally received our orders we left and upon arrival at home this food is nowhere NEAR worth whatI paid. (Chicken wrap with fries) there is little to no fries included. Seems like a small order of fries from McDonald's wasbrought in and split between our orders. Never Stepping food in a LoneStar again. Read more
Experience was great but not perfect. Would I go again? Yes absolutely. Food tasted great, portions were large, beer was cold,... margarita was yummy! Only waited a minute for our table with a reservation. Food came out without much of a wait, prices werefair by today's new standard. Service was just okay. Not bad at all just nothing special.
