The food was FINALLY fresh. The first filet'o'fish I've had in years that wasn't hard like leather AND the first hot French... fries that weren't limp I've had in years! Nice. The atmosphere is the usual uncomfortable with sketchy customers being strange.The cashier needs to be a little more personable. We almost always use the mobile ordering however to have our order repeated 3 times to us is a little too many. Drive through... speaker, first window, and second window. By the time we got to the second window, our order was incorrect and my partner had towalk into the restaurant from the drive thru lane to get the order. Would I return again? It was so discusting. Fries were ice cold like they had been sitting for a long time. Crispy chicken was dry and tasted burnt.... Doesn't help to contact the store because e mails are ignored. So gross Read more
I just went through this morning and simply ordered two sandwiches. We were asked to pull ahead where there where already 3 cars... waiting. A staff member came out and asked the first car what his order was and he said ?2? which wasn?t wrong. He got his orderand was clearly upset. Then the second woman spoke to the guy and it turns out the first car took her order. But both were askedto pull up to number 2. The associate should have clarified the orders rather than asking for a number. Then , with our orderone sandwich was missing bacon. We went back through the drive thru and were asked to pull ahead again. We declined because thatwas the issue. The kitchen was being rushed. They should have been holding back some cars in order to avoid such a kerfuffle.Once we declined we got our order immediately. The manager is a joke and the staff shouldn?t be blamed for his ineffectivemanaging style. We saw him rushing the staff. This is not constructive. Shame on him. Read more
When I was here last week, I received one of the best service at a McDonald's. The place was packed, but service was pretty... quick. The staff was friendly and attentive to the customer's needs in general. They were proactive in asking me whether Ineeded assistance or not. Read more
Came here at night time to pick up my big Mac combo. The workers weren't very nice. The burger looked very messy and the fries... were drenched in oil and tasted disgusting and the portion was very small as you can see in the picture. I asked for mayonnaiseinstead got ketchup only. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews for fast food but something needs to be said for the morning crew here!! The other coffee place... across the road you will wait a long time even with view people in line. Not here the staff is very friendly but main thing isthey are fast as eff!!
