Extremely poor service and food quality. I went through the drive through, which took far too long. My Big Mac was missing a... meat patty, no receipt given, no BBQ sauce for my daughters McNuggets which I asked for. Unfortunately I drove away and didn'tfind out until later. Waited 13 minutes for 1 regular coffee and 1 latte. Lots of workers, and maybe it's dinner rush time, but it could be better... organized and more sanitary. Debris right at entrance doors and order and pick up area. Not a good 1st impression. The onlypositive thing is the pleasant staff. Read more
dirty, bad service. had to wait 15 minutes even though when i came in there was nobody else before me, 6 people received their... orders before me!! when i asked the manager where my order was (even though i could literally see it on the counter behind her)& she raised her voice at me telling ME to have patience. i did- for 15 minutes and then it?s like what the heck is going on???the staff are mindless zombies and have no sense of urgency. shame. I don't normally write these, but this simply had to be done. The service was absolutely exceptional! This completely surpassed... my expectations. The staff working August 9th tonight really hit this one out of the park. Will definitely be making this mygo-to McDonalds. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I couldn't give more!! Read more
This was the worst McDonald's I've ever had. The restaurant was filthy and so were the washrooms. My burger was poorly made, the... pop was flat, and the apple pie was stale and cold. I don't recommend it. Read more
3:45 pm May 4th, 2022 The force today was strong for ice cream. Drove through to get chocolate sundaes, paid and asked for... nuts girl at window "sorry, we have no nuts in the building" me "oh, you have nuts! Just not the kind I want in my mouth" girlsmiles but seriously, no nuts? ???? I want to share my experience :I am giving 5 star only to thr employee her name is KRISH. I got a coffee, was sitting there and... watching this girl , she was treating all kind of people the same and equal with no judgeship! Doesnt matter skin color, race,English accent,poor or rich ! All were customers and she was smiling to them. I believe our world needs human like this girl!THANKS KRISH and wish you all the best. Read more
