We ordered a work lunch for 10 people, spent over $180. Ordered online at 12ish and was told to come at 12:50, as per... website. When arriving, was told that this was not convenient for the restaurant and was told for next time to order my lunchat 10. Like this wasn't a planned lunch, last minute idea. Felt like I was being told when I could eat, or order at 10, and pickup whenever but your food will be cold? Drove 15 mins to get the food and this was the greeting, how inconvenient the timewas, anyhow came back from our 15 min drive back to innisfil to have 2 meals missing, called them and was again reminded to callearlier next time...had to drive again to get the missing items. Let's just say, our next lunch of 10 won't put a dime intoyour pocket, don't want to be a burden on you! Read more
3 orders. All of them sucked. No onions on the salad. There were tons. Salads were wilted. Very few olives. Ordered saganaki... they had none. Ordered baklava they gave me a bottle of water. Read more
Placed an order for a original chicken with 2 sticks and an extra on the side with 3 pops and 2 gyros?. Received 1 chicken stick... and 1 pop with the gyros. When I called to reconcile the problem I was told there was nothing that could be done. When I askedfor a managers name I was told it was ?against policy? to hand out that information? that?s beyond ridiculous. I will never beordering from this place ever again! The food was superb and delicious. Very fresh and high in overall presentation. I found the staff to be quite friendly. However... the prices are quite on the high side, considering the portions aren't very large (took away one star). Also, the wait time wasincredibly long 20-30 mins as there was only one employee preparing the food behind the counter (also took away onestar). Overall, the food was great, so if you are coming here with family or friends and you aren't in a hurry, then its worththe wait to have a delicious meal. However, if you're in a rush or hoping to grab lunch/dinner at a reasonable price, then thisplace wouldn't necessarily be the greatest option in terms of convenience. Quality of the food was good, everything seemed fresh. Price seemed a bit on the high side as I got only one chicken breast ... for my 18 dollar+ meal, or it could be inflation. Deducted one star. Placed an order through DoorDash. They forgot to give the Dasher half of my order so she had to go back which delayed dinner for... our family of 7. Even after that, they still forgot several things from my order that I paid for. After calling the restaurantright away with the issue, they assured me the owner would call me the next day. A month later, no call. So I paid for items Inever received. Literally the worst managed Mr.Greek I have ever been to. I will never go back. Read more
Most horrendous Mr Greek I?ve ever ordered from. Not only was the wait time 1 hr for a kale salad on Uber, but the food came... with a strong pungent odour - as if the exact bowl had been sitting in the fridge for 3+ weeks. The kale was also mixed with oldpieces and soggy disintegrated ones. Gross. Please don?t eat here. Read more
The price is not worth the food and wait time. It feels like they are still in covid time and mostly serve UBER and DoorDash. I... was sitting inside the restaurant and waited about 40 to 50 minutes for my order while delivery guys were picking up ordersevery few minutes. Food is fine, not the best and deftly not 20$ for chicken plate. Read more
