I would give zero stars if it let me. Very bad customer service. I ordered a sub and a salad and said I could not have chicken... at all. I was in hurry as i just came from hospital. When I got home realized there was chicken in my order so I could not eat.Conviently they were closed when I realized. Put a call into manager and refuses to rectify the situation so will never eatthere again. Obviously you needed my money more then I did. Read more
This is the second time we have ordered subs from this location. Both times the bread has been horrible and literally falls... apart and crumbles. The sandwiches here do not taste anything like the subs we get from a location in the town we live in.There?s something not right with how this location makes their subs and it might have a lot to do with the bread. My pregnant wife went for a sandwich here literally asked if the grill was working the lady said yeah and the other lady heard... this and for some reason decided to clean the grill!? She said I'm supposed to grill this heard the customer being my pregnantwife. Like who does that??? How rude. I use to love this place. I am very disappointed. I ordered a catering order for the first time. The lady on the phone was great asking me lots of... questions of what I wanted. When I went to pick it up it was not ready. The girl then rushed and did not follow the order. She either forgot a sub or cut it wrong. No toppings were provided like I was suppose to get. Instead I got 3 giant tubs ofMayo(who needs that). We used to be loyal Mr Sub customers The owner was always pleasant and the food always good. Whoever the woman working today... around 5 p.m. was very unfriendly and rude. She had zero personality and made us feel like we were an inconvenience coming into order two subs. She was rude to the gentleman in front of us as well. Someone who clearly does not enjoy working andinteracting with the public should not be serving your customers. She even asked my husband if he wanted pizza sauce on hissub, umm we ordered a pizza sub for a reason. She didn't cut it or even offer to heat it for us. No thank you, no smile, nointeraction. What a shame. People like this ruin your business. We really like Fire House subs too so they get our businessfrom now on. At least they greet you and smile. Read more
Bread here seems to be hit or miss. Today, it was definitely a miss. Stale, crumbled and fell apart.
