Placed an order for 3 people, we paid for extra sauce both garlic and hot sauce. However coming home and seeing the order the... shawarma completely lacked any of the sauces I paid extra for. I called the store to let them know about this and hoped thatthey would take the order and add the sauces. This was not the case, I spoke to 3 people on the phone all who asked me the samequestion repeatedly what my order was. After answering that, I was told by a worker that the person who prepared my food"thinks" they added the items. I even offered to come to the store myself and have the sauce added. They began to speak veryrudely and stated they will not add the items I already paid extra for. This is very unfair as I paid extra for the items, and Imyself offered a solution which for some unknown reason was rejected. There was no reason to speak so disrespectfully to acustomer. It is safe to say that I will not be returning. I advise any future customers to check their orders before leaving.Below I have attached pictures of my meal, which is completely dry. Read more

My favourite place for shawarma. Found it accidentally when was visiting another store on the plaza. Been there already multiple... times and always great taste and always feel full. Me and my husband have been going here for a few years we love it!! We always order the two chickens shawarma Caesar salads and... they are always so filling and made so fresh!! I placed an order on Uber eats. Paid 33$ for one chicken on the rocks. The food had almost no garlic sauce on it. It was very... dry. They put hot sauce as the main sauce. The portion of the meat was so less compared to other locations. On top of that themeat was very very old. It tasted just bad and dry!!!! Read more
