We have been here two days in a row. Yesterday we showed up at 6:00pm and they told us the soups were packed up for the day. ... They close at 7:00pm, so I thought that was odd. Today we showed up at 5:00pm and they had to check if they had packed up theirsoups. They close at 7:00. If you close at 7:00. Why would you start closing at 5/6 ? Gave them two weeks notice for an order and they called me the day of to tell me they couldn?t fulfill the order, the day of!!... Two weeks of deliveries and they couldn?t get the dough? I need it for the next morning, zero notice to make other arrangements.Poor kitchen and product management. It should have been ordered well in advance seeing as I paid for it well in advance. Superfrustrated! Ya they offered discounts for the future yada, yada but it?s too late now, I need it for the next day, so yourdiscounts have zero value to me. Poor job Panera, poor job! Read more
This is what my warm bowl looked like when I opened it up. I thought the delivery guy went to town on my bowl. Aside from this... the ?warm? bowl was not warm despite it arrivg within 15 minutes of ordering. There was very Little of the toppings as u cansee from my photo and tasted very dry and just very bland. I almost never give a bad review but this meal was so bad on everylevel? I need to mention that this is the large bowl. Only it arrived half empty. So disappointing. Read more
Whilst the service from a very rude manager already almost ruined my appetite the 33$ charge for a small smoothie, mac and... cheese that looks like it belongs in a child lunch and a sandwich that could've been bought at your local grocery for 3$ is whatdid it for me. My hubby enjoyed his turkey avocado sandwich! The strawberry chicken poppy seed salad was so fresh, and ridiculously huge! The... pineapple in it paired so well with the chicken. I would have liked the dressing to have a bit more of a bite to it, but myhubby liked it as it was. Their kettle chips were surprisingly good! Read more
