The last several times I?ve tried to order in store I?ve been ignored for 15+ minutes standing at the counter by staff. They?re... too busy with their 11 delivery tablets to acknowledge anyone actually walking in. This is extremely disappointing because Iused to come here all the time and it was my favourite pizza place in Barrie and now I can?t even get served because they?re toobusy with online orders. 4 months ago, I order a calzone I wanted to change the sauce to garlic instead of tomato sauce... They wanted to charge me 2.50.... I accepted that, but the manners that the 2 guys that are cooking it's rude and prepotent. Last time I called to order a offer1, this time I wanted to add the garlic sauce and tomato sauce, thing that they told me 3 times that they can do just onesauce... I told them to charge me for the 2 sauces 5 dolars more... I was fine to pay the extra, but when I arrived the guy thatpick the phone, and cooked the pizza he says that I order offer 4 (extra large pizza), both employees try to convince me that Imade the mistake ordering the extra large pizza, until it was enough... I told the guy that I do not want the pizza anymore...Later, so calm he says oh you don't want it it's ok. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Read more

Great service! Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is really good, fresh, and absolutely delicious for very good... prices.Would highly recommend this place for sure especially for students. Ps: try the walk in special which includes an extralarge pizza for only 11.99 + tax. Read more
