Honestly I?ve worked at this Starbucks before and my original home store was park place so when I happened to be in town today I... thought why not visit a store I sometimes picked shifts at. Not only did no one even say anything when I walked in but theyalso ignored me and the two kids I had with me. The person on register was nice to me but the person on bar ignored us and kindawas looking at us like she was upset with us. Very weird energy. My drink also wasn?t filled up all the way and the frap for thesecond drink we got was not looking cute. Sloppy whip and the drink spilling along the side. I just left feeling annoyed and assomeone who works at a Starbucks and one that is significantly busier (not even anyone in front of us and one other customer inthe store) I try to make sure people at least feel seen in our store Read more
I go to alot of Starbucks locations. The wait times here are pretty ridiculous. There's also one male that really needs to tone... down his fake happy starbucks persona. It's honestly uncomfortable going through the drive thru. Read more
I have been a long time customer of this location since it opened and my daughter worked here. I went to order my drink that has... a slight modification. (Sub fraproast for coldbrew) I was told they couldn?t make the substitution. After speaking with a mangerat this location to clarify, I am now Concerned they are not following proper cleaning protocol. After this substitution beingdeclined i asked customer service if this was standard. Have they been making my drink all this time when they shouldnt have?This was something corporate said they should be able to substitute. However, the manager at this location said that this simplesubstitution would contaminate the pitchers. I thought coffee was coffee? I no longer feel that this location wants to make themoment right for it's customers. This was never a problem that my family had when Tanya was the acting manager. I used to like this location but the past 10 times iv been there I noticed the prices have increased noticeably and 7/10 times... iv gotten beverages that arnt even full like this frappe. Another Starbucks in Barrie....really?? Nice newer location that is surprisingly spacious with lots of seating, great place to... have a quick business meeting, interview or just have a relaxing lunch. Staff was friendly, talkative and well versed on theirselection of drinks. The wife is a die hard fan of London Fogs and has one every time we hit up a Starbucks. Read more
