My son and a group of friends went to this location. They bought food and a drink and shared the drink (which I explained to my... son was not ok). They got 2 refills and the employees asked them to stop getting refills. My son didn?t understand this as itis free refills. They wanted them to pay for a new cup because they believed they had 6 refills. However, all of their syrupswere out except Dr. Pepper so they had to dump 3 of the drinks. The employees started yelling at them and dropping multipleswear words. The boys looked up the rules and it did say they are only allowed 3 refills, which technically they had 2 becauseof the syrup machines. They apologized for believing it was unlimited. However, they stated that they felt that they shouldnot have to purchase a cup given nobody told them the time and items not posted. I explained to my son that in the future, theyshould not share drinks and that they need to purchase their own as I agree with this. What I don?t agree with at all is thattwo grown employees of this subway felt it was warranted to curse out children. Especially children who were not cursing oryelling back (because they are good kids and us parents would not tolerate such behaviour). The employees were is completelyout of line and their behaviour was unacceptable. Upon speaking to the Assistant Manager Parth, he proceeded to tell me thatwhile they have video of the event, they don?t have audio and his employee denied swearing so my son must not be telling thetruth. He said he can?t do anything but I could have the owner call me in 15 days when he is back in country. I feel this is adisturbing situation and should not be allowed. Love that they carry the Veggie Patty sub. Service was great, everything was fresh, great location.

Great in store to grab orders but when ordering online I have had nothing but issues. Everything from not followed instructions... to ice cold meatballs. Had 2 soggy subs and instructions were not followed to toast the subs, and meatballs were incredibly dry.Whatever the team that was working around 6pm on Wednesday October 27th 2021 really needs to learn how to follow instructionsand not use dry meatballs. Had the 4 6 inch deal, it was so good. Go there mostly every 3 weeks. Recommend this place to high school students.

Had the 4 6 inch sub deal and was disgusting. Bread was cold and hard, meat was ok and somehow bread was soggy at the same... time. Stay away you may feel like Subway but not from here. Read more

Went here on Thursday January 21 at 430pm on dinner break to get a sub. The girl was sweeping the floor. Turns and sees me puts... broom down then fixes mask with her hands Goes to the sink runs hands under water no soap nothing not even a second under thewater. I asked her if she could please go back and wash her hand properly with soap. If I wasn?t on my dinner break and hadtime I would of left. Pretty disgusted. Read more

Debit machine broke and had to wait for the manager to come in to unplug one cord to reset machine. Almost waited half an hour... while my subs were sitting there getting cold. Guy behind me said he couldn't wait and he was given his sub for free. Read more

Went in there to grab a healthier breakfast. There was utter chaos inside. They were taking a delivery through the front door so... it was freezing inside. The only employee took her sweet time coming to counter to serve us. Then they only had white breadready. Right after making the first sandwich she turned her back on me and started loading the oven with cookies. When she wasdone she started wandering around and ignored me. When I said "excuse me", her response was "you'll have to wait, I have 80things to do". How dare she say that! I have a business too. Bread should've been made already and clients come before cookiesand her imaginary list of tasks to complete. A client is NEVER on the bottom. I declined to place an order when it finally cameto be "my turn". I won't be back to be treated second, third (or eightieth) on THEIR priority list. Read more
