Terrible customer service.Ingredients dont seem as fresh as other locations.Drink machine seems defective as ppp is very often... flat. Long discussion to have my drink replaced. Staff refused to provide a drink cup when ordering a bottled drink.After aprolonged discussion,they did not relent as it would " ruin the inventory " We will never return to this location. Read more
I will not return to this location. My pickup orders here are NEVER ready by the specified time. I can live with a few extra... minutes waiting but after our most recent visit, everyone in the house was stricken with explosive diarrhea within an hour ofeating our subs. I think subway should compensate us for the discomfort and several rolls of toilet paper we went through as aresult of this meal. Read more
Very worst customer service. I asked for pizza sauce and the girl was directly pouring it from packet on my sub. How even they... are still running business no standards followed they will just follow standards during homeoffice inspections. Read more
Worst subway ever.... the manager made my sub wrong, I corrected him immediately. When he made the mistake he charged me for the... mess up and refused to make a new one THE PROPER way like I asked nicely. So in turn I defended myself. He then said you messedup its your fault your paying for it regardless. Unacceptable behavior from a established brand. The sub should have been remadeno questions asked cause it was done incorrectly. Also you antblame a customer for your mistake. Mistakes happen but can'tblame a customer because you were rushing us through. I will not return to this subway. The manager did not handle the situationprofessionally at all. Read more

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I came in with my son and his friend and ordered 2 subs. The guy(apparently... one of the managers) started to make our first sub? I told him he is putting the wrong meat on it, after rolling his eyes and metelling him that?s not nice he proceeded to get very rude to me and my kids. Honestly I was in such a shock to get treated likethis by someone that supposedly is managing a business. I will never ever go back to this location after being treated so so sounprofessional. Ps. There was another employee that was as shocked as I was but poor girl was afraid to even tell me his nameafter him refusing to release his name because he is the manager and doesn?t care what I think or do. Used to be a good place, ordered bacon and potato soup given cream of broccoli instead. Told the guy in the counter it's not the... right soup but refuses to change it and he is quite condescending too. Won't be returning to this place. Read more
