I went to this place couple of times, but today when i went there to order sub, the guy was very rude, i ask him to change the... bread because it was not cut properly and he threw the bread in the garbage in very rude manner. Don't know how to deal with thecustomer. Read more
Never had problems with any other subway. The staff don't pay attention to if anyone is there. Today they toasted my sandwich... and didn't put it in long enough because my sub was still cold. I'm done with them. I'm just trying to get food during my breakat work Read more
It is horrible business that should be terminated ASAP. They put as less as possible ingredients in the sandwiches and that's... not even bad enough they also charge you more than regular prices. Staff is just another nightmare story. The subway at GeorgianCollege offers all kinds of deals with an extraordinary customer service experience. Never go back to that BS Subway at themall. Bravo! Steak and cheese sandwich had very little meat in it and the service wasn't great either. Trying to save by cutting portions may... mot be a good idea since Firehouse Sub opened across the street and it's far better. Won't be eating there again. Read more
TERRIBLE customer service, I bought a footlong turkey sub- first she puts it on a dirty tray that just had change all over it,... anyways I sit down to eat and there were 4 teenagers standing near me spitting at each other through straws (which is grossalone) then after having only 1 bite of my sub spit lands all over me and my sub. (The kids then took off) Disgusted I go backto the counter and ask if they can Make me a new one.. the girl dissapears then returns and says sorry that's not our problem! I've worked at a subway before and currently serve at a family restaurant, and I would have NEVER treated a customer sopoorly... so I paid over $10 for a sub covered in spit, and had to go back to work with no lunch.
