Thinnest layer of steak on my 6 inch steak and cheese sub. This isn't the first time. For $9 I shouldn't have to pay for extra... meat to taste the steak on my sub.... definitely disappointed. Read more

Denied service dog and embarrassed my family. Went to celebrate a child?s birthday, left with the child?s disabled grandmother... in tears of embarrassment. Service dog was tagged and vested as well as sitting at the feet of the owner entire time. Time forthem to review bill 80 service dog act. Even had the audacity to ask what her disability is?.. time to hire new staff prior tosomeone taking legal action against your business. They should be absolutely ashamed of their behaviour! Here's the thing with this location: Food is fresh, staff are nice. BUT....service is extremely slow and feels like no one sees... you standing there for a while. Because of all this, it's only 3 out of 5 stars. Read more

Went to this location on Friday night. MOST business owners that serve food to the public would realize that Friday night is one... of the busier times of a week, especially fast food locations after everyone has worked all week. Apparently, the owner of thisfranchise is not most business owners. There was one staff member attempting to serve several customers and it took 20 minutesfor me to get 2 basic sandwiches. By no means am I faulting the staff member that was there, he was efficient and as quick as hecould be. I suspect the owner felt he was helping his business by keeping his labour costs down, but it is hard to make moneywhen people won't go back because it takes too long to get food. Truly disappointing, Subway!! You need to hold yourfranchisees more accountable to your brand. This franchisee clearly does not care about the Subway brand. I am planning tosend a concern to their corporate office as well because after a review of their Google page, it is clear that either no onereads the reviews or they just can't be bothered to reply to customer concerns about their service.
