This is the best subway in all of barrie, I?ve gone to it many times because it?s close to where I live and it?s consistently... good and fresh. I?ve never gone here to get a sub and had a bad experience.. the bread is always fresh, the toppings are alwaysfresh, the sub is always put together nicely. Unfortunately due to lack of time, i just ordered 2 footlong subs online through mobile app. When i went home and going to eat,... i could not find proper veggies in my order. It was like having only 35% of veggies in my order. While eating i was feeling likeeats a normal bread with putting anything inside. It was the worst experience of eating subway in my whole life. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for around 5 years and it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I... was really furious to see one of the reviews talk about how "Dirty place; dirty approach; the staff handles all kinds of meatwith the same plastic gloves". I respectfully disagree with this statement because I am a strict vegetarian and I told that tothe employee and he handled my sub in a careful manner by avoiding meat and I was truly impressed by this and asked how theyhandleded the food with such care. They replied with "We are all strict vegetarian as well so we understand your situation".Even during busy hours if you tell them that your vegetarian they will handle your food with extra care. This restaurant isalways clean no matter the time or day, during covid times this restaurant followed and mandated protocols that ensured thesafety of both customers and employees. So if your a vegetarian like me just tell them your vegetarian or can only eat someexceptions and they would be delighted to serve with care. Keep rocking it guys???? Read more

Subway is not a hard place to find in Barrie since we have so many of them, however this one is the BEST out of any I?ve been to... - and I?ve lived in Barrier for over 15 years. It may look like an easy job to prepare all the food, but they take the time tomake things right. I typically order salads; which I know is likely not a super popular item since they specialize in theirsubs. BUT they take the time to still chop up all my veggies and never shy away from the toppings when you ask. Out of alllocations I have been to- this one is hands down, the cleanest and best Subway in Barrie. Not to mention, the staff is alsovery friendly & welcoming- which isn?t a lot to ask for in the customer service industry, but it?s hard to find sometimes at?fast food? chains and locations. Read more
