Was in there to get to subs and heard the Owner/Manager being very disrespectful and rude to her staff. She was yelling at them... and telling them they are to pay for thrown out product that was expired, and they are not to refuse to sell expired product.She had an employee almost in tears. -1000/10 definitely needs to be under new ownership. Most horrific customer service experience I?ve ever experience.....My co worker and I walked in at 1:15 with 3 persons in front... and I walked out after 15 mins with no lunch my co worker waited until 1:45 to get her lunch ...DO Not ever go to this locationunless you want to waste your entire lunch and still get no food why would any business owner book 1 person on the counter atlunch time Saturday...extremely disappointed in this location but my entire experience was expressed to my fellow workers. ..canyou imagine waving by to your customers you loss and walked out and laughing..well I work in the plaza 24/7 -5 years strong andI got another 5 years to tell this story! Unfortunately I have to give this place one star. Came in today to the owner yelling at two employees because they threw out... expired product and refused to serve it. She wanted them to continue selling expired product because it would save her money.Absolutely disgusted. The employees were at the point of crying. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know, this isunacceptable for a food chain. I?m usually a regular, and I always see how these employees are treated. Really poorly. Shame onthe owner, this is the people that make your place work and they don?t deserve to be treated that way. Read more

The person serving me was training, which is completely fine. However, I'm not sure if her patience was running thin with the... trainee or not. But the result was the sloppiest sub I've ever seen made. Not super friendly, and obviously distracted. :/ Read more

If i am able to give this a lower rating i would. I understand the struggle and rush there is to work at subway as i have family... members who are sandwich artists there. Although this is a busy place to work this does not give staff the right to be rude whenthere is absolutely no reason. I work in a field with customer service, and quiet frankly if i every spoke to a customer the waythat this girl did.. my job would be on the line. The older woman on the cash was very nice. But the young lady making thesandwiches was not even close to being nice, she treated me and fellow customers in line with much disrespect. I think areminder needs to go out to your staff on how customer service is brought about. Read more

There are a few new young girls who started here a month or so ago. And i have never been treated so poorly in my entire life.... Every single time I walk in these young girls don't even acknowledge that i am standing there- they proceed to talk to eachother. And when i ask to be helped they just give me dirty looks and talk back to me so rudely. This has happen to me a coupletimes now, and i will never be coming back. I strongly recommend the owner re evaluate these new hires. Read more

Was at this location this evening! They were open till 10pm! I got there at 9:15 and the open sign was off! The employee seemed... very pissed off that she had to serve me. I said aren't you open till 10pm? She said yes and was pretty pissed off. Over half ofthe stuff was already put away too! No meat balls or chicken and some other meats. We visit this location generally 2 times atleast a week! No more, this location has left a sour taste in my mouth!!!! Read more
