Subway employee does not know the meaning of customer service. Will not return to that Subway location because of that employee.... As my daughter and I were waiting in line, a medical employee of the hospital was ordering her food. The Subway employee wasvery rude and refused to complete the customers order as she requested. When it came our turn to order. The Subway employee wasalso very rude with me and got very angry when I requested that she not put my sandwich in the toaster (as she had just put itin). She then argued with me that she had already asked me if I wish to have my sandwich toasted or not. Which I can assure youthat she did not, because I would have answered no thank you. My daughter also told me: ?mom, she definitely did not ask you?. Had I not been starving after being at the hospital over 5+ hours, I would have left right then and there. Wish I could shareher name on this review, but since she didn?t share her name with me or hand me a receipt I cannot. I gave a 1 star review buthonestly I would have put 0 star had I the option to do so. Read more
Worst subway I have ever had, disgusting. I asked for a toasted meatball I got a burnt meatball with cold meatballs as the... filler. Also 10 dollars more than any other Subway outside of the hospital. Read more
it is impossible to get into the subway, since it is in the hospital and they simply do not allow people in there
Toaster is always off for over an hour, when there's 2 employees they break at same time. Workers refuse to work when the floor... is mopped. RVH employees only get a certain amount of time per break some 15 minutes some 30 rarely an hour. We cannot dependon this subway at all, maybe we missed dinner. We do not have options at night to pick from so when the only place in the RVHcafe that serves decent food has workers that don't work we lose all options and forced to eat old food from vending machines. I'd rather have a healthy fresh sub then a week old sandwich from a machine. Where are the white people with common sense? Read more

I went here to buy a subway around midnight. Since it is 24 hours subway. I took veggie sub gor my wife and i need it toasted.... Employee refuse to toast my sub since he already clean the toaster. Than he double cheese my sub without asking me. That sub wasfor my wife, when i took it, i found doctor said her no raw cheese, you can eat cheese only if it toasted. Just watched your employee exit the bathroom stall and leave the washroom without washing her hands. This is disturbing any... time... but particularly so when that employee is in food service and makes our food with her hands. Please remind your teamthat people can end up in this very hospital due to poor food safety practices such as this. Read more
Unlike any other subway i?ve ever been to. I go to school here and it?s usually pretty busy. Not worth the wait at all. Lettuce... looked like it was shrivelling and nothing tasted some what fresh. Most subways are pretty good about freshness but this one ishorrid. Read more
