It?s so difficult to get the order right in store, I don?t even know what it is. Maybe it?s the mask-wearing, the way the... dynamic menu display was laid out, the unintuitive customer-facing POS screen display (I couldn?t easily check what was punchedin and what wasn?t, because the grouping of items was confusing), or the noise in the store. The last 2 nights I've gone to this tim's at around 12:30-1am and wasn't served. The first night I sat at the speaker for a good... 5 min before leaving. when I drive past the store the associate has her headset off and in playing on her phone infront of thefire place. Tonight when I went there was a sign blocking the drive thru saying it was closed yet I could see the associateinside again playing on her phone. Big sign that says drive thru open 24 hours yet I wasn't served. Read more

My fiance decided we woud stop for coffee and 'baby coffee', hot chocolate, on the way home. Its so nice that its close to where... he works so he can grab a drink on the way home. The staff is awesome and its easy to hear them through the speaker. They didn'trush us and even put a couple ice cubes in the hot chocolate for our little one so she could have iced coffee like mommy anddaddy. Read more
Never been so humiliated by attendants. I was standing in front of the and was totally ignored nobody came over to ask what I... wanted. When I eventually spoke about being ignored the lady said she was waiting for me to finish. I was standing in the front,you did not come over to ask what I needed. There's a young man that works the overnight shift that always makes a fresh pot for me, he's fantastic! When he's not there,... service isn't the greatest. I just went to this location an hour ago. I was only person for walk-in. One of the girl with two pony tails - I think she was... baker, came to the counter and didn't say a word and looked into my eyes. So I went to counter and order a tea and again shedidn't say a word. Then she went to make my tea. She added cream, sugar and poured tea in it and closed the lid and went to herco-worker to talk and I was just waiting there. After some time she came to the counter and gave me the tea and I had to ask herif she can stir it for me!! She opened the lid, stirred it and just handed it to me and again she didn't speak a word.
