Ours was the only vehicle ???? in drive through to delivery and there saw that only one or two person were manning the whole... show. Ordered four coffees & tea mix with beagles. All to taste and fine. Slight delay noticed but acceptable as we were notin an hurry and manpower was tight too. Location is good and spacious all around. Enjoy. Read more

Worst Tims I?ve been to. Just about every single time they get my order wrong. Order a steak on a biscuit and a large coffee,... 1c2s. I get a biscuit with only egg and cheese and my coffee was 2c3m. Poor customer service. Rude manager i visited Today around 1 pm, manager here doesn?t have the sense and politeness to talk with... her employees she is way too rude. They didn?t had anything that i ordered instead saying sorry manager started saying meanthings to a guy working there ( maybe a trainee) who took my order. Had a really bad experience from a tims for 1 st . First the staff can?t figure out the coupon that I had on my app. I thought... it?s whatever. Then when I get my sandwich its dry no sauce nothing. When I ask the staff is it possible to replace it they arebeing rude saying they will give sauce on side. It?s just the way the staff treating customers turned me off. Read more
