Always busy at almost any location in Ontario, Canada for that matter. Some foods are good, most drinks are good, reasonably... priced compared to Starbucks. Read more

Busy busy location but staff has always been pleasant and helpful. But the lady that works the front counter for the walk-ins... during the week days. This woman is something else!! She is exactly the role model that all Tim Hortons employees need tofollow. She is kind. She is funny and she genuinely seems to enjoy helping others in the morning. I wish more Tim Horton'slocations had employees like her. Read more

So went through this Tim Hortons at 2:50 today ordered 2 coffees and a toasted grilled cheese sandwich I really should have gone... back with it but I was worried I'd throw it at her. The cheese wasn't even melted it was cold and the bread it was on was halfthe size of any other grilled cheese I've had. Read more

Terrible experience here. Regarding an order that I made. I had asked for a Vanilla cold brew, when I tasted that it was really... bitter. So I asked them to add some sugar syrup in it, but the girl delivering the order bluntly refused my request and talkedto me rudely. This is the worst Tim Horton I've visited in Barrie city. Won't ever go here again and would ask you all torefrain from going here. This place sucks. Read more

If I could give a NO star rating I would. This is the messiest, dirtiest & sloppiest Tim Horton's I have had the complete... displeasure of being served at. The staff DO NOT care about cleanliness OR COVID at all. The service counters AND coffee shelvesare forever dirty & disgusting with crumbs, spilled coffee, cream, milk etc. The debit machines are forever filthy and smudgedwith greasy fingerprints. Today I asked the server to please wipe the counter before she took my order and she chirped back:"yeah, yeah I will" I then told her to: "clean it now". She chirped back again: "yeah, yeah I will" THEN I said: "NO, clean itRIGHT now". To which she grudgingly grabbed a cloth and half assedly wiped part of the counter and left it a soaking wet mess. Isaid: "thank you" paid for my coffee with CASH as I refuse to touch the debit machine. Then I proceeded to take some napkins andwipe the counter properly as she watched me do it. It is sickening, pathetic and disgusting to have to clean a public counterMYSELF!!! It is despicable be treated like this in CANADA. If you want to know where COVID is being spread, just go into TimHortons at 80 Bayfield street in Barrie Ontario. Someone from head office really needs to educate these workers at Tim Hortons,80 Bayfield street the absolute importance of sanitation AND cleanliness particularly in this day & age of COVID!!! The irony ofthis situation today? Is that there is a sigh placed for all to read regarding "everyone's safety" to please use debit or creditto pay for items instead of cash. What a JOKE!!!...Believe me, the few coins in my pocket are FAR cleaner than the counters andshelves at Tim Hortons, 80 Bayfield street, Barrie Ontario! Read more

I got a hot beverage at drive thru. The cup wasn?t sealed properly, all went to my clothing. It was hot. The server at the drive... thru saw what happened, but didn?t do anything, I needed paper napkins. The service is pretty slow and sloppy. I?d avoid thisone in the future. Read more

I was told, as usual, that they were out of dark roast, so I ordered a French vanilla instead... * This * is how much they... decided to fill my cup, after carelessly rushing the order when it wasn't even busy; won't be visiting this location again. Read more
