The best Tim Hortons! I usually go here once a day. Every single staff member I?ve interacted with has been so friendly and... amazing! They always make my order perfect and I never wait long. This location seems like it?s probably pretty busy, went in the middle of the day to get some tea and waited in the drive thru... line for about 10 minutes or so. throw a staff for super friendly and polite, the girls were very good about our order change.My tea also tasted good which doesn?t always happen so win for me. Always double check your order before you leave!! This used to be my favourite location to go to, however over the last few... weeks that has changed. I understand this is a fast paced environment that involves a high level of stress for these workers. Iknow they work their butts off trying to accommodate each guest which I can appreciate. Perhaps I am at fault for not checkingmy orders before driving away, however it is not my job to ensure they do theirs correctly. As someone who has worked in thefood service industry for years it is frustrating to see that simple instructions for an order can not be followed and a basicorder can not be fulfilled. To save myself from the annoyance and frustration over something as simple as a confused donut orderor screwed up breakfast sandwich, I will now go out of my way to go elsewhere. I sincerely hope management at this locationhires competent workers who can follow and achieve a basic order, or provide their current workers additional training on thegoods they serve so they can successfully achieve a complete order and to improve their customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thisdoes not apply to the staff that I have seen there for the last 3 years of my time coming here as they have been the reason Ihave always returned. But as I see less of them, the more often I receive incorrect orders. Im sure eventually I will try thislocation again but for now, I will certainly avoid. Read more
This particular location is an absolute disaster, avoid at all costs!! My last straw was this Saturday just before 3pm. Ordered... a bacon,chicken ranch wrap & my bacon was completely raw!!!!! It was absolutely disgusting & after 2 bites I realized what waswrong!!!! By then I was 20 minutes away, a wrap I couldn?t eat & had to pull over on the side of the road to throw up as I ate 2full bites of raw bacon meat ???? Once I arrived at my destination I took pictures & yep, even my family confirmed 4 full piecesof pure raw bacon in my wrap. I?m now bathroom bound as of course this made me sick, I?ve notified Tim Hortons & yet absolutelyzero response.
