Long line-ups, even though they only do coffee/drinks and small food there (donuts, Timbits, etc.). Staffers are unusually rude... at this location, and not very personable. Ladies in the afternoon are super nice, fast and friendly. Service is pretty good considering there?s only 2 maybe 3 people... working at any given time, but because of this lines can get huge when there are big orders, or when one employee goes on breakand the other is working alone during that time. The place is very poorly run, owners treat employees horribly and don?t knowhow to problem solve. They do not sell iced coffees, espresso beverages or any breakfast items as the location is so small. This Him Norton's in particular is located in a very convienent place in the downtown core of Barrie Ontario, right at the 5... point intersection. It is a great place to get coffee and the people are friendly. It is also right on the main "strip" inBarrie and is really close to a diverse range of businesses that are very interesting and worth while. Read more
False advertising .. They do not have what they advertise on website. They do not do cappuccino and I found out when ordering .... It's been months when I asked they said they don't do cappuccino only certain specialty lattes bla bla . I wouldn't have waitedin very very long line and waste my time . Very nice place in the center of Barrie to enjoy a fresh Made coffee with an even fresher donuts. If you are hungrier, you can... take a sandwich or a soup on the go or on site. There is also a nice choice of fresh cookies or Fruity muffins. There is alwaysa good Tim Hortons nearby everywhere in Canada! Read more
Extremely incredible employees at this location, I?ve worked at a Tim Hortons before and seeing ONLY 2 STAFF handle a line of... 12-14 people is impressive. On that note, management seriously needs to rethink their scheduling and coverage, how are theyexpected to maintain standards and code of conduct if they can?t even leave the front counter for 5 seconds?
