4:45pm Nov/5th/2022? male drive-thru employee kept us waiting 15 mins at the speaker, I was respectively saying ?hello? every... 3-4 mins. I thought the speaker was broken so I went to the window and the male employee (red tribal tattoo left arm) wastelling us to drive back around and join the line in a rude tone? after I was first. He took the order behind us and that wasthe excuse but I waited forever. Teach your staff not to be so rude and ignorant. I'm pretty sure water's free, And if someone asks you to call 911, you DO IT.... Absolutely disgusting and terrible of your employees. How embarrassing. Read more
Sat at the drive-thru menu for several minutes, calling out waiting for a response. Saw a line building behind me, so I advanced... to the window. When I got there, I was told to go back through the drive-thru to place my order. Won't be stopping here again. Read more
I have been coming in every morning for the past couple of months since starting a new job. The staff is always friendly, always... makes my coffee right, and has the line moving in a fast and steady past. Sometimes, I sit inside to enjoy my coffee before workand the staff is always professional to not only the customers but to each other, creating a relaxing environment to sit in. LET THE TRUTH B KNOWN! I ordered a "Plant based chicken cilantro wrap" from here for lunch.. and don't get me wrong it was... delicious.. but the "plant based" and "chicken" Together Do not exist but the young lady said it does at the cash register.. Itis not a part of my religious belief to eat meat such as chicken! Yet today when I went to the tim hortons down the street theypretty much let me in on the fact that I ate chicken yesterday by serving me it without meat or what I thought was what I callbeyond chicken yesterday! So now that I think back, I ordered a second one yesterday and the lady who wrapped the first one forme told me that they ran out of the rice they use for it. Anyways, I talked to the other lady who was there and told her thatThe "plant based Chicken" Non-existent wrap was delicious and she said "Yeah, lots of people have been enjoying them" (Orsomething like that)... I get yogurt in the morning and they put 1/4 of the cup. I?ve gone back several times and got it filled but I should not have... too. Date: 5 Aug 2021. Very very unprofessional staff and I think the manager lady needs the training for her job again because she... misbehaved with customers. I asked for the key for washroom and the employees were finding the keys and finally she came andrefused me to use washroom, whereas all other locations are having their washrooms open. I told her that I have to purchase mybreakfast and coffee too afterwards quickly using washroom. Just pee. But she still was rude. She said ?we don?t care? ; it?snot ridiculous but beyond that. Later I went to STARBUCKS that?s amazing when you enter the employees Greet you and thewashrooms are clean and open always ?NOT LOCKED? the other different restaurants also keeps their washrooms open and clean.
